Holy Week

Sunday, March 25 - Palm Sunday
Worship Service 10am
In our Sunday morning service, we remember the events that took place on the day Jesus entered into Jerusalem, where he would soon be tried and crucified.

Thursday, March 29 - Maundy Thursday
Christian Seder Dinner 6:30pm
Through a symbolic meal, we relive the biblical feast of Passover as would have been experienced by the Jewish community for thousands of years, and show how at this meal, Jesus gave the Christian Church the Sacrament of Communion. The symbolic meal is followed by a potluck dinner; bring something to share. This is a family celebration, so come ready to share in an educational meal, good food, and a fun community. Please RSVP here.

Friday, March 30 - Good Friday
Service 7pm
This brief and somber service remembers the events surrounding the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. There is no joy of Easter without the pain of the cross.

Saturday, March 31 - The Great Easter Vigil
Service 7pm
The Easter Vigil service is a recounting of the story of the Bible from Creation to the resurrection of Jesus. Through readings from Scripture, music, and prayer, we relive the thousands of years before the coming of Jesus, we recount the day of his crucifixion, we mourn as he is laid in the tomb, then we rejoice at the truth of his resurrection. It is a powerful evening of remembrance, repentence, joy, and expectation.

Sunday, April 1 - Easter Morning
Worship Service 10am
Although our primary service this weekend is the Easter Vigil on Saturday evening, on Sunday morning we gather for a joyful service of worship and celebration of the resurrected Christ and the hope that he has brought to the world.
